My Yellow Theme Costume by Joy Fellini << Wild Salsa >>

Good evening ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Classic With Style’s “Yellow Theme Event”! My name is Janet Brink, and headed to the Carnival in Rio!

The Carnival in Rio de Janeiro is a world famous festival held before Lent every year and considered the biggest carnival in the world with two million people per day on the streets. The first festivals of Rio date back to 1723.
The carnival parade is filled with people and floats from various samba schools. A samba school can either be an actual school or just a collaboration of local neighbors that want to attend carnival.
The purpose of carnival is for samba schools to compete with fellow rival schools; this competition is the climax of the whole carnival festival. Each school chooses a theme to try and portray in their entry. The samba schools work to build the best floats and costumes to represent their themes, and to include the best music they can from their band called the bateria. There are many parts to each school's entry including the six to eight floats and thousands of participants.

I am styling this incredible creation by Joy Fellini named << Wild Salsa >> made for a Carnival Show, it’s based on Yellows, Reds, and Orange, colors are explosive …...... the back attachments are made with long red and yellow feathers which move as you walk and dance, green leaves, colorful birds and butterflies, you have a whole jungle with you. The bikini is adorned golden leaves and colorful butterflies which complete the exotic look. Words can not describe or do justice to this creations, unlike any I have ever seen, wearing this you feel you are in Rio, with the music, the dancing, and the crowds....can not wait to go!!

Shoes in Mandarine silk by Noir-Stiletto shoes matches the many colors shown in this beautiful costume. One could not ask for a more lovely jewelry to complete this stunning ensemble, than << Geo >> by FINESMITH, a beautiful golden necklace and matching earrings,with many large and small richly detailed pearls....................Ohhhhhhhh....I lovely Butterfly has landed in my hair....Smiles
