Good evening ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Classic With Style’s “Styling Blue Theme”! My name is Janet Brink.

It is still winter here, but you will tell the world that spring has arrived when you enter the room in this dazzling new creation by the lovely and talented Joy Fellini called << Blue Bird>>. This stunning gown features opulent feathers in the head piece, train skirt and bodice. I am spoiled by the stunning details of Fellini Couture and this gown is overflowing with them. As we look head to toe we start with the head piece which in itself is sculpture with its blue bird, cage, flower sprig and feather elements and dozens of diamonds. The bodice attachment works so well in the overall design with feathers and the most delicate of flowers, and the long train with layers of feathers is beyond words. The intricate textures are attention getter’s and the gloves are the finishing touch to a lovely ensemble. The blue bird is also the bird of happiness and you will be happy too wearing this magnificent dress from Fellini Couture.

A wild hairdo called << Arana >> by Miamai in black complements the theme of the gown with a bird like look, and the formal look of this exotic creation. Shoes in dark blue called << Classic pumps >> by Blaze matches the rich dark blue of this beautiful gown. One could not ask for more lovely jewelry to complete this stunning ensemble, than << Giz >> by Finesmith, a beautiful silver necklace and matching earrings, again with the lovely bird style. I finished my styling with eyelashes by Miamai with diamonds to match the beautiful jewelry. The blue birds have arrived, spring is here!

Styling Skating Theme 1/12/2011

Good evening ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Classic With Style’s “Skaters Theme”! My name is Janet Brink.

I am a professional figure skater, and thought I would give you a little insight of what it is like to be one. First it is many hours of practice to get your routine down, a combination of skating and ballet. I am doing the part of the Black Swan which many of you know the history, the costume director ( Giz Seorn designer ) left this simply beautiful costume for me ( Dark Swan Gown by Gizza ). The top is an intricate lace very tight and revealing also the same lace for the arms finishing into beautiful feathers to accent the movement of the hands. Over the right shoulder and around the waist for my tutu are flowing feathers with large black roses, swirling as you dance and turn, making you the center of attraction. Stunning large diamonds accent the costume, I am so excited to wear this tonight for my performance. This also comes with a lovely full length gown, so after the show, can just slip into the magnificent skirt, and off to the after show party I go.

And now the hard part, how to style this wonderful costume, so off to the hair salon owned by Monica Outlander ( Storm - Black by Miamai ) to have my hair done in a stylist updo, she made the look of feathers with my hair, absolutely perfect for the costume! While I was there, I had eyelashes added to mine and finished some of the tips in diamonds to match my gown. You have to be very careful as a skater with jewelry, so just did small diamonds by Nonna Hedge. Hmmmmmm did I forget anything....ohhh skates of course!! Black skates by Luana Juliesse with lace at the tops, and on with the show!!

Styling Career Theme 1/02/2012

Good evening ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Classic With Style’s “Styling Career Theme”! My name is Janet Brink.

Career theme makes me think of working in an office...sooo...off to Marketplace SL...and a free suit from Wetherby. The lovely designer Alejandra Jumanya has made a wonderful suit in cream called << Monica Suit >>, with a lot of rich detail. A double breasted jacket, showing a flattering cleavage, with an attractive raised pattern running throught the suit, nice collar details and finished with adjustable cuffs, simple, but very nicely done. You have your choice of three different skirts with this suit, a mini, a short, or a long...I choosed the short, very appropriate for an office, showing off my lovely legs without having men trip over their tongues all day. Wetherby's were nice enough to provide a free suit, so I decided to visit the store in SL, and was very happy I did, a cute little store with a lot of nice odds and ends......perfect for my styling needs, and very reasonable.
I am wearing a cute hairdo, called << !VA!Lulu >> by Vanity Hair in Teen blonde, a very chic look, perfect for office wear, and so easy to style in the morning when you are rushing to get out of the house. I choose a larger purse to carry those extra things you always need doing the day and matching shoes by Wetherby from their Brussels collection, in purple, dark green, and brown, very stylist. A lovely ring to match the purse by Wetherby, and a lovely necklace and earring set by Virtual Impressions called << Millie >> in chocolate completes this beautiful ensemble......OHHHHHHH...look at the time...I have to run or I will be late for work...nice talking to you!

Good evening ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Classic With Style’s “Styling Backless Gown Theme”! My name is Janet Brink.

Oh My.......this is a backless gown and it keeps going! I have been looking at this gown for a couple of weeks, Sykao Adamskii designer of Entre Mares has designed a totally amazing gown perfect for this event, how more backless can you get? Precious and elegant, all in pink and rose and almost transparent.........You will look like the most incredible princess of this world !! I am amazed and overwhelmed by the artistic flair of this work of art, a breathtaking design. This is called << Carolina >> a highly detailed gown, fine detail pattern of pink, rose, white, and green, on a fine see through mess with meticulous attention to detail. The gown is a low strapless barely covering the bust, the intricate mesh lace around the waist over the hips and down the legs is so exciting. The extravagant silk skirts and sleeves in rose complete this lovely gown, flowing, swirling, as you walk or dance. I am going to a party tonight with this lovely gown, I made sure I had a 6'4" escort to watch out for me in this totally sexy gown.......OHhhhh I wonder if I can trust him??!!

Shoes in pink called << Cloud Hero Pink >> Diana Debevec matches the pink of this beautiful gown. One could not ask for more lovely jewelry to complete this stunning ensemble, than << Christobel >> by Virtual Impressions, a beautiful golden necklace and matching earrings, with several richly detailed Rubies set in gold. And off to the party we go!!

When I hear "Masquerade" my mine immediately thinks of a masquerade ball with elelaborate gowns and men in handsome tuxedos. I have been looking at this gown for a couple of weeks, the lovely Joy Fellini designed a totally amazing gown perfect for this event! Precious and elegant, all in golden details.......You will look like the most incredible princess of this world !! I am amazed and overwhelmed by the artistic flair of Joy, this work of art, a breathtaking design. is << Pure Gold >> and it is an amazing, extravagant and highly detailed gown. Fine golden foliage, doves and stars adorn this gown and its' success is in meticulous attention to detail. The gown is a low strapless with gold detail at the bust, intricate mesh lace around the waist with a flaring open golden tulip at the hips. The extravagant golden skirt with glowing stars is extremely large with layers of tulle, and flowing silks.

A updo hairdo in Cannelle by Vita's Boudoir -<< Roxee Hair >> complements the gold tones of the gown and the formal look of this exotic creation.
